Bjørn Otto Sverdrup Chair, OGCI Executive Committee
Chair, OGCI Executive Committee
Bjørn Otto Sverdrup is Chair of the OGCI Executive Committee. He is responsible for building consensus among the team of senior executives representing OGCI’s member companies and advancing and implementing the strategy set by the OGCI CEOs. Prior to his appointment in 2021, he was Equinor’s Senior Vice President for Corporate Sustainability and a member of the Global Strategy and Business Development Management Committee. Over the past five years, he was responsible for developing the company’s climate roadmaps, participated in OGCI’s work with stakeholders and engaged extensively in international climate policy development.

Dr. Pratima Ranagarajan CEO, OGCI Climate Investments
As CEO of OGCI Climate Investments, Dr. Pratima Rangarajan is responsible for the delivery of the OGCI Climate Investments mission – creating positive outcomes in the reduction of climate change. Before joining OGCI Climate Investments, Pratima was the General Manager for GE’s Onshore Wind Product Line and the General Manager for GE’s Energy Storage startup. She had previously held the role of Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Emerging Technology and Research at Vestas Wind Systems. Pratima has a PhD in chemical engineering from Princeton University and a BS in chemical engineering from MIT.
