Luca manages engagement and outreach across the OGDC signatory network, working directly with oil and gas companies to support the delivery of their decarbonization commitments. Prior to joining OGCI, Luca served at the US Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program, where she managed a portfolio of energy transition programmes across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia-Pacific. Earlier in her career, Luca worked with the Peace Corps in Senegal designing and implementing grassroots economic development and climate resilience programs.
Luca holds a Master’s in Global Development from Cornell University and a BA in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin. She also brings hands-on experience in AI implementation and operations, having led client delivery at an AI transformation startup prior to joining OGCI.
