Rachel Clifford leads People & Operations for OGCI and OGDC, shaping organizational strategy and overseeing people, talent, culture, finance, governance, compliance and internal operations to support the organization’s mission of accelerating climate action and decarbonization across the energy sector.
With extensive experience across energy, healthcare, construction, insurance and financial services, Rachel has built deep expertise in reward strategy, HR operations, global mobility, governance and organizational change. She has led major initiatives including benefit transformation, performance management redesign, HR systems implementation, employee wellbeing programs, diversity workshops, career development, parental leave policy updates and remuneration governance. Earlier in her career, Rachel held senior reward, compensation and benefits roles with Spire Healthcare, ENGIE UK, Laing O’Rourke, ACE European Group and Enron Europe.
Rachel has completed International HRM and the Global Corporation at King’s College London and has undertaken further leadership, cross-cultural and professional development training.
