As Director of Communications & Engagement, Anthea is responsible for OGCI’s communications strategy, planning, activity and outreach, working with key external stakeholders, media and events partners. Prior to joining OGCI, Anthea worked at Wood Mackenzie and Total in global communications and press relations positions. She moved into communications after a long career in journalism, working in national and regional media before specializing in energy. Anthea graduated from the University of Queensland with a BA in political science and Russian. She was a founding member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ Energy Leadership Platform.
